1. Service Description

My MiniGT is an independent fan platform for collectors of Mini GT series scale models (1:64 scale). The service allows you to:

• maintain a personal catalog of your collection;
• track model rarity, statuses, and value;
• participate in global and regional collector rankings;
• interact with the community: clubs, exchanges, discussions;
• use the internal MGTcoin points system.

2. Registration and Account

Registration is required to access most features. When creating an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate information (name, email);
• keep your password secure and not share access with third parties;
• promptly notify administration about unauthorized access to your account at admin@myminigt.com.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the platform, you agree not to do the following:

• post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about models or transactions;
• publish content that violates copyright, trademark rights, or other third-party rights;
• publish abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content;
• attempt hacking, bypass security systems, or perform automated data collection without permission;
• use the service for commercial purposes without written consent of administration;
• create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or abuse the points system.

4. User Content

By uploading photos, model descriptions, reviews, or other materials, you grant website administration a free, non-exclusive license to use, display, and store this content as part of platform operation.

You bear full responsibility for the content you post. Administration may remove any material that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. MGTcoin System

MGTcoin is the platform's internal virtual currency. It is granted for activity on the website and used to access advanced features. MGTcoin:

• is not legal tender, has no real monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real money;
• cannot be transferred to other users (unless expressly provided by platform rules);
• may be cancelled in case of Terms violations or account closure.

6. Trade and Exchange (Marketplace)

In the marketplace section (once launched), users will be able to post listings to sell, exchange, or buy models. When using the marketplace, you agree to:

• provide accurate information about model condition and characteristics;
• fulfill commitments made to other users;
• not post listings for counterfeit or unlicensed copies.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform elements — design, software code, logo, unique texts, ranking and gamification systems — are intellectual property of website administration and are protected by copyright law.

Photos and descriptions of Mini GT, Kaido House, D Model, BBR, QubeCarz, and other brands used for informational purposes belong to their respective rightsholders.

8. Limitation of Liability

The website is provided "as is". Administration provides no warranties of uninterrupted operation, absence of errors, or absolute accuracy of model data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, administration is not liable for:

• losses resulting from transactions between users;
• data loss, service interruptions, or technical failures;
• actions of third parties, including hackers or fraudsters.

9. Privacy

The procedure for collecting and processing personal data is described in the Privacy Policy published on myminigt.com. By using the website, you accept the Privacy Policy terms.

10. Changes to Terms
