1. Introduction

The Platform allows collectors to organize their collections, track items, and engage with a community of enthusiasts through digital features such as MGT Coins and Achievements.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of myminigt.com, including all related services, features, and content. By creating an account, accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

3. MGT Coins

MGT Coins are a virtual currency used exclusively within the Platform. They are not legal tender, do not constitute real money, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of real-world value.

Users may purchase MGT Coins through the Platform's integrated payment and acquiring system. Once a purchase is completed, MGT Coins are credited to the User's account and may be used in accordance with the available features of the Platform.

By purchasing or using MGT Coins, the User acknowledges and agrees that:

• MGT Coins have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or any other tangible item of value.
• All purchases of MGT Coins are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in the Refund Policy of these Terms.
• MGT Coins are strictly non-transferable and cannot be moved, gifted, sold, or exchanged between User accounts or to any third party.
• myminigt.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, increase, decrease, or otherwise adjust the price of MGT Coins, the cost of items denominated in MGT Coins, and the available quantities or packages, at any time and without prior notice.
• myminigt.com may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or discontinue the issuance of MGT Coins or specific MGT Coins functionality.

4. Achievements and Badges

Achievements and Badges are digital virtual items granted to Users either through the use of MGT Coins or as a result of activity, milestones, or participation on the Platform.

By unlocking, earning, or otherwise acquiring Achievements, the User acknowledges and agrees that:

• Achievements and Badges have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other form of tangible compensation.
• Achievements and Badges are strictly non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, traded, or moved between User accounts or to third parties.
• Achievements and Badges are non-refundable, including those unlocked through the expenditure of MGT Coins.
• myminigt.com reserves the right to add, modify, rename, retire, or remove any Achievement or Badge at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

5. Payment and Acquiring

All payments made on the Platform are processed by third-party payment and acquiring service providers. By initiating a transaction, the User authorizes myminigt.com and its payment partners to charge the applicable amount to the payment method provided.

All transactions on the Platform are denominated and processed in United States Dollars (USD). Currency conversions, foreign exchange fees, or additional charges that may be applied by the User's bank or card issuer are the sole responsibility of the User.

myminigt.com is not the operator of any payment or acquiring system and shall not be held responsible for errors, delays, declined transactions, fraudulent activity, or any other issues attributable to the third-party payment processors. Disputes related to the technical processing of payments must be addressed directly with the relevant payment service provider, although myminigt.com may provide reasonable assistance where appropriate.

The User is solely responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete payment information, including billing details, card numbers, and any required identification or verification information. myminigt.com shall not be liable for any losses, failed transactions, or service interruptions arising from inaccurate or outdated payment details supplied by the User.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases made on the Platform, including but not limited to purchases of MGT Coins and Achievements, are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the User expressly acknowledges and accepts the non-refundable nature of these virtual items.

As a limited exception, refunds may be considered solely in the event of a verified technical error attributable to the Platform - for example, a duplicate charge caused by a malfunction of myminigt.com, or a failure to deliver MGT Coins or Achievements following a successfully completed payment. In such cases, the User must contact myminigt.com promptly and provide reasonable evidence of the error. Refunds, if granted, will be processed at the sole discretion of myminigt.com and using the original payment method where possible.

7. Account Termination

myminigt.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account at any time, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of the Platform or its features, attempts to manipulate MGT Coins, Achievements, or the underlying systems, harassment of other Users, or any conduct that myminigt.com reasonably considers harmful to the Platform or its community.

Upon termination of an account due to a violation of these Terms or other misconduct, all unused MGT Coins, Achievements, Badges, and other virtual items associated with the account shall be immediately forfeited, without any obligation on the part of myminigt.com to provide compensation, refund, or replacement.

Users may also choose to close their accounts at any time. In such cases, any remaining MGT Coins or Achievements will likewise be forfeited and are not refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Modifications to Terms

myminigt.com reserves the right to update, amend, or otherwise modify these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When changes are made, an updated "Last updated" date will be reflected at the top of this document. Where appropriate, myminigt.com may also notify Users through the Platform interface or other reasonable means.

Continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any changes to these Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User does not agree with the modified Terms, the User must stop using the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform, including all of its features, MGT Coins, Achievements, and related content, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

myminigt.com makes no representation or warranty that MGT Coins, Achievements, or any other virtual items will retain any particular value, utility, or availability over time. Their existence, characteristics, and accessibility may change as the Platform evolves.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, myminigt.com, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or virtual items, arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
